Since 1967, the Daytona Beach Easter Run has been a staple Easter weekend tradition at The World’s Most Famous Beach, welcoming residents and visitors to take on their 4 mile race and 2 mile race/walk and kids races. Founded by the Daytona Beach Leisure Services Department, the Run Forest, Run! Easter Beach Run is a spring race that takes place directly on the sand-packed beaches of Daytona.

The day begins with the 4 mile race welcoming all ages and teams which kicks off at 2:00 PM, the 2 mile Race & Fun Health Walk for all ages follows at 3:15 PM with the Kids Races beginning at 4:00 PM. Kids ages 3-5 can run the 50 yard race, ages 6-7 can take on the 100 yard race while ages 8-9 set out to run the quarter mile race.

Awards follow each race and will be held at The Breakers Oceanfront Park. For additional information or to register for any of the Daytona Beach Easter Run races, visit the event website.
